The Firm was established in 1960 as Zosa and Quijano Law Offices, with the late Congressman Manuel A. Zosa and Atty. Francis M.
Zosa as the founding partners. The first to join the Firm was Atty. Froilan V. Quijano.
From a core group of two lawyers at the start, it has grown to a prestigious service organization.
